Join Seattle Children's Research Institute on May 17, 2024, from 10:30am to 12:00 p.m. for the Frontiers in Pediatric Research lecture series, featuring , CEO of the Luxembourg Institute of Health and the Integrated Biobank of Luxembourg. Dr. Nehrbass’s lecture, “,” examines the immune system as a shared functional module between health and disease. The lecture will draw on real-world data from prospective patient cohorts to comprehend shared molecular mechanisms between different diseases. In order to understand idiopathic disease etiologies, Dr. Nehrbass sees the need to go beyond an emphasis on genetic data sets and include a range of multidimensional readouts to delineate challenges on a personalized level. The lecture will be followed by a reception with Dr. Nehrbass where light lunch will be served.
